You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features of our Service, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 15-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to all features of the paid version of our software. At the end of the trial period, your account will will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.
We offer various subscription plans to suit different needs. Payment terms, including billing cycles, are detailed here. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Post or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Use the Service to distribute viruses or other harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
All content, trademarks, and data on our Service, including software, text, images, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Varybee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Service without our express written permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep our Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the Service from time to time and reserve the right to change or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varybee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Varybee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the District Court of Riga. If either party is dissatisfied with the decision of the District Court, they may appeal to the Riga Regional Court. Further appeals may be brought before the Supreme Court of Latvia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. By continuing to use our Service after any changes come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Varybee regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
